His journey began in emergency services and laboratory services eventually leading to a successful 25 year practice as a board-certified urologist, further expanding his expertise with board certification in obesity medicine. His deep clinical understanding is amplified by significant leadership experience holding key roles in medical staff leadership for two decades from chair positions to serving as a Medical Staff President contributing to strategic planning and financial oversight at a community teaching institution. In addition, Jonathan has experience in military leadership having proudly served as an officer (Major) in the United States Air Force Reserve.

Jonathan has cultivated a robust consulting career spanning 20+ years, partnering with pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and medical device companies. His expertise encompasses sales and marketing strategy, executive training, market development, and healthcare business development, including biotech analysis for investment groups. Jonathan’s unique blend of practical experience and diverse knowledge leverages his extensive background in clinical practice, healthcare administration (MBA), legal studies (MLS), public health (MPH), and business operations to provide invaluable insights and guidance to individuals in all levels and roles of healthcare through coaching and mentoring as well as aiding organizations of all types to navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape. “
