Why are we called Pierhead Lighthouse?
A pierhead lighthouse, unlike most lighthouses that act as a beacon from the safety of the shore, is built at the end of a pier or breakwall extending into the bay or rough seas, facing the darkness and storms alongside you, acting as your guide. Like its namesake, at Pierhead Lighthouse, we are out there with you drawing from our own clinical and healthcare experiences to guide you through both the calm and turbulent times.
